Shannon Kenny

Shannon Kenny serves as Principal Deputy Associate Administrator for EPA’s Office of Policy. Shannon began her EPA career in 1998, and, over the first decade of her career, specialized primarily in and energy and environmental policy issues related to US manufacturers and in environmental performance measurement. She received a master's degree in environmental economics and policy from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of Texas at Austin.
